Overview
The Bachelor of Christian Leadership and Management is a rigorous undergraduate program that emphasizes practical experience, aimed at preparing students for leadership roles in churches, Christian organizations, nonprofits, ministries, and global service institutions. This program provides students with a solid foundation in biblical and theological studies, along with specialized training in leadership, administration, organizational development, and management. Students will learn how to lead teams, manage ministries, oversee church operations, create strategic plans, and apply Christian principles to organizational leadership. Beracah International Theological Seminary is dedicated to maintaining high academic standards, ensuring biblical fidelity, and developing transformational Christian leaders who can positively impact their communities, churches, and global society.
